First Export

Use export to scan a namespace, sanitize exportable resources, and write a ZIP archive.

scrubctl export my-app -o ./out

The archive contains:

Path	Purpose
README.md	Export summary
WARNINGS.md	Review notes when warnings are present
manifests/include/	Resources ready to apply
manifests/cleanup/	Resources that need cleanup before apply
manifests/review/	Resources that need human review

Secrets are redacted by default.

scrubctl export my-app --secret-handling redact -o ./out
scrubctl export my-app --secret-handling omit -o ./out

Use --secret-handling include only when you intentionally want Secret values in the export.
