Classification

Namespace scan and export classify resources before writing output.

Class	Meaning
include	Resource is suitable for GitOps output after sanitization
cleanup	Resource is exportable, but likely contains defaulted or generated fields that deserve attention
review	Resource may be useful, but needs a human decision before applying elsewhere
exclude	Resource should not be included in the curated export

Classification gives the archive structure. It also makes review work explicit instead of hiding uncertain resources inside one large manifest set.
